ENGELS!!! Louisa’s Meadow

On the south side of Dordrecht, bordering the Wieldrechtse Zeedijk and the Louisa polder behind it, comes a particularly rural place to live: Louisa’s Weelde. The Louisa’s Weelde project consists of 38 country houses and 12 free plots. Each place has its own character and from each country house you have a view of the deep green front gardens and the many vistas to the landscape behind and the adjacent green areas. In addition, the dynamic downtown is just a stone’s throw away.

For our client AM, we deployed a Google Search, Facebook and Instagram. Because we were involved in the early stages of this project, we were able to apply the different phases in the ads. In doing so, we started in the preparation phase where the brand awareness of the project needed to grow. Then we moved into the pre-sale phase where potential customers could apply for a property they were interested in. Finally, we ran a campaign touting the actual sale of these beautiful homes.

To promote this project, we used the paid advertising channels Google, Facebook and Instagram. On these channels, we chose to deploy Search/Traffic ads so that the potential buyers get to the right landing page where they can find even more information about the project and the homes! Not every channel ran during this period. We look at each phase and project when it is convenient to use which channel. For example, Facebook was dropped at the end because only the more expensive mansions were still available and only Instagram is a better channel for that.

Over a period of more than 7 months, the paid ads accounted for a total of 65% of website traffic. We were therefore able to achieve more than 10,000 clicks on Google and reach more than 90,000 people with the Instagram ads.
